Website Terms of Use

Effective Date: August 1, 2026

These terms govern the public Reloov website, articles, and assessments. The site is operated by Quandelia SRL as identified in our Legal Notice.

1. Educational purpose

Reloov provides educational content and self-reflection tools. It is not medical care, therapy, crisis support, legal advice, or another professional service. Assessments and results are not diagnoses or professional evaluations.

If you are in immediate danger or crisis, call 112 in the European Union or 911 in the United States. Elsewhere, contact the emergency service for your location.

2. Using the website

You must be at least 18. You may use the website for personal, lawful, non-commercial purposes. You must not attack, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, misuse, or interfere with the website; introduce malware; bypass controls; or reproduce Reloov content or branding without permission.

3. Content and intellectual property

The website’s design, articles, assessment structures, text, illustrations, trademarks, and software belong to Reloov or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable right to use them personally. No ownership rights are transferred.

4. Assessment results

Assessment results are generated from the answers provided in the browser. They may simplify complex personal situations and can be incomplete or unsuitable for you. A suggested 30-day evolution is a possibility, not a promise or guaranteed outcome.

5. Availability and liability

The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that content is error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Reloov is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on educational content. Nothing excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

6. Law and changes

Belgian law applies unless mandatory consumer law in your country provides additional protection. Competent courts are determined by applicable consumer and procedural law. We may update these terms; the effective date identifies the current version.
